I think that it should consist of upcoming meetings, feild trips, activities, and a review about the autoshow.

Thank you for your "comments" I agree with you. I have "posted" a 4 page "comprehensive sketch" of a newsletter for your consideration.
Perhaps you can "click-on" the images and print the pages out, tape them together to form the newsletter comp draft. With the comp in hand......let your imaginations flow!
